Refund and Returns Policy

At Baltimore Motorsports, we want our customers to understand our return and refund policies before making a purchase.

Vehicles

All sales of motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, dirt bikes, e-bikes, go-karts, UTVs, golf carts, and other motorized vehicles are final once the vehicle has been purchased and delivered or picked up. Vehicles are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Baltimore Motorsports.

Parts and Accessories

Unused parts and accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging and condition.

Electrical parts, special-order items, installed parts, used items, and clearance items are not eligible for return unless the item was defective when received.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item purchased online arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide assistance.

Return Method & Restocking Fee

Approved returns must be brought to Baltimore Motorsports at 234 N Franklintown Rd, Baltimore, MD 21223. Returns by mail are not accepted unless specifically authorized by Baltimore Motorsports in writing. Approved returns of non-defective items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee does not apply to items that were damaged, defective, or incorrect when received. Please contact us before returning any item.
